At the moment, the labor problems related with health and maintenance of life quality are important phenomenas impacting in the personal yield. Differing from the labor stress theory, the Health Psychology focuses them on distinctively: people could not carry out activities without stress, being necessary to go to the type is restored emitted in front of this. This study takes the theory that gives anxiety feature-state outlining that the answers people give to stress stimulus are individual, then Health Psychology should provides them strategies and tools to emit answers more suitable by relaxation and visualization techniques that have demonstrated effectiveness and effectiveness. This investigation has four parts: it outlines the problem justifying it social, scientific and methodologically establishing the objectives. Second, theorizes concepts, postulates and applied techniques. Later on, it presents the methodology: ambient of application, participants and anxious answers, variables, instruments, procedure and investigation design applied: repeated measures with longitudinal pursuit. Finally, it shows the results obtained standing out the changes that gives the intervention on the yield people that works under pressure and their anxious answers obtaining theoretical, practical and methodological summations resulting of the application of the independent variable over the dependent variable considering limitations, recommendations and reaches of this type of investigation.
