Since the rise to power of President Evo Morales (2006), Bolivian foreign policy suffered a spin on their traditional formula of internationalization. Where once there was a sort of submission, from Evo the position was rather self-determination. The President indigenous origin and the links built with Venezuela printed a hallmark ofhis leadership, allowing Bolivia position on the world scenary.
