FLORES MIRANDA, Samir Josue. Flora survey of the protected area Bolognia's forest to obtain a Shannon Wiener diversity index through a mobile application. Fides Et Ratio [online]. 2019, vol.17, n.17, pp.215-238. ISSN 2071-081X.
Abstract Obtaining food, drinking water and basic necessities for life depend on the correct functioning of ecosystems, current trends in human actions have accelerated the rate of biodiversity loss, giving greater importance to their protection and generating the need to carry out relevant studies that allow its natural development, at that time this research objective is to determine the floristic diversity and the equitability of species from the area adjacent to Sector "A" Alto Obrajes of the protected area Bolognia's Forest, through a descriptive study with a quantitative approach and an ex post facto transversal design with an area of 7122 square meter, through the Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index, applied in 12 selected quadrants from a systematic probabilistic sampling, an inventory of the floristic elements in the sample was made through the BIO-D mobile application, obtaining an index of 3.34147788 over a maximum of 3.80666249 and an equitability of 0.87779725 in a total of 536 records belonging to 45 species and 18 families, representing a good degree of biodiversity due to its similar relative abundances in the quadrants by the calculated equitability.
