LEON SERRANO, Lady; NORIEGA TITO, Evelyn y MURILLO GUEVARA, Madelyn. Impact of the Organizational Climate on the labor performance of Secondary Teachers. Fides Et Ratio [online]. 2018, vol.16, n.16, pp.15-32. ISSN 2071-081X.
The city Santa Rosa has educational institutions that offer quality service. Teachers receive constant training to be evaluated and to measure their work performance. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of the organizational climate on the teaching performance in the labor field of an institution. The applied method is Multiple Regression, using data from the Demetrio Aguilera School in Malta. The application of the model as a whole presents a good fit with RΛ2 = 0.8711, that is, the independent variables are statistically significant to explain the dependent variable. The results determine that the teachers work performance depends on the organizational climate factor to obtain significant academic results.
