Abstract This paper examines good practices of community and environmental Social responsibility in companies of Leon city. The initial proposition indi-cates that good practices of community and environmental CSR, make an explicit layout, based on philosophy and values. Good practices in companies participating in the EIEBAC were analysed; semi-structured interviews were applied in a sample of companies. It was found that large and medium-sized enterprises apply a systematic model of good practices of CSR community and environmental philosophy with clear values; and micro can do it in their own way and level.
