One of the banking operations frequently used mainly in the developed countries is the financial leasing or financial renting, because it enables the use of the latest models for the art machinery for the industry without the investment of large amounts of money from the capitalist investor, this happens because he is not the one who adquires the machinery but his bank which hands it to him on lease for a given amount of money payed periodically and for a relatively short lapse of time, this gives the industrial capitalist the chance to invest in other items the money that could have been destined to the modern machinery, finally benefiting both user an beneficiary of the manufactured product.
