ABSTRACT: Nowadays, the forecasts of life expectancy place concerni ng 100 years. This information on the life expectancy originates an important economic imbalance between income and expenses in the Spanish system of National Health Service. Precisely, the application of factors of sustainability tries to stop the expense in pensions.
