ABSTRACT: This investigation analyzes the most important aspects about the procedure of the especial Peace Jurisdiction; it identifies some of the most important problems that have been evidenced in the practice and their solutions, taking in to account the objectives, characteristics and legal nature of the Peace Jurisdiction.
