Abstract

CASTILLEJO, Raquel  and  ALONSO, Cristina. A restoring reading about the police's "ethical codes": much more than police mediation. Rev. Bol. Der. [online]. 2018, n.25, pp. 446-472. ISSN 2070-8157.

The so-called “ethical codes” represent a possibility of interest to channel the transformative potential of restorative justice and, specifically, to enable police mediation. In the present work it is to analyze the international legal acquis on ethical codes, and their influence on the Spanish regulation.
