In this short essay, first, we want to study the limited right of usufruct. Second, we have concentrated on law of emphyteusis. We intend to introduce a special institution of private law, which appears to have references older in the world and which could offer us diverse benefits in the regulation of economic exchanges in Colombia’s rural communities.
