ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to analyze the system of integral assistance to the victims of terrorism in the Spanish legal system. This was basically made up of a network of victim assistance offices and a state aid scheme. This covers the different needs, not only economic, but also psychological, social and legal care that the victims have as a result of the victimization suffered.
