ABSTRACT: The presentstudy aimsto provide an overviewof actio popularis from a constitutional perspective. To do this they will speak about their regulation within the Spanish Constitution of 1978, making a reference to development regulation and the problems the problems of their application in relation with as provided in the Constitution.
