Abstract

ESTEVE SEGARRA, Amparo. Outsourcing and collective dismissal relating to organizational causes: the Melia lawsuit. Coment on STS 104/2015, of november (jur 2016, 31353). Rev. Bol. Der. [online]. 2017, n.23, pp.374-391. ISSN 2070-8157.

The Court ruling that it is analyzed decides about collective redundancy. It is Caused by business process of outsourcing the cleaning services to a service company. It argues with the justified or not business decision in this legal matter.
