The decision of the First Chamber of the Supreme Court, of October 15, 2014, confirms the doctrine of the decision of June 30, 2014, regarding the normalized application of the rebus sic stantibus doctrine, taking into account the economic crisis as an unforeseeable risk at a hotel lease contract; further deepening the study of functional and applicative concreteness of the doctrine, according to the requirements necessary for its application
