This research piece contains a legal background analysis referred to sinister cases within the Bolivian Code of Commerce and related modifying laws. Such analysis departs from sinister's notification trough term to notification, insurance information requirements,to the insurance response time for sinister's case. It also covers an interpretation about the notification term and exceptions established to exceed the notification term.
