The purpose of this article is to conduct a study on the rightto identity in Mexico, especially in the case of vulnerable people such as children, to analyze the guarantees that allow the exercise of this right and exercising other such such as education, health and recognition itself to society, since the dogmatic evolution of the right to identity from its constitutionalization can assess their independence within the context of family law.
