This paper deals a matter of great practical importance but has barely attracted the doctrine attention, the treatment that dispenses the Spanish inmigration law on the rights of civil and commercial nature. But the truth is that in this matter governed, as a rule, the principle of equality between spaniards and foreigners, however it is subject to important exceptions therefore legal as conventional procedure.
