ABSTRACT:The sentence condemns the child for the commission of a crime of concealment to a closed internment considering the concurrence of the aggravating action group regime. Considered unproven participation in the crimes of murder and sexual assault of which he was accused by not admitting into evidence a statement by co-defendant.
