Abstract

ANDRES SEGOVIA, Belén. EQUALITY LAW INA PUBLIC EXAMINATIONTO MATERNITY. Rev. Bol. Der. [online]. 2015, n.19, pp.675-684. ISSN 2070-8157.

ABSTRACT:The Sentence, that will be analysed in the following pages, determines, in a pioneer way, the case of the pregnant woman who expressed the desire to access to the corresponding tests for a public examination. The Supreme Court of Justice declares that the labour is considered an enough cause, to not carry out the tests at the established time and place. It is discussed whether the compliance with the fundamental equality principle, that is guaranteed by the constitution and if the answer of the administration, in that context, is effective.KEY

Keywords : Ipregnant woman; access; public examination; equal; administration.
