ABSTRACT:The Court ruling that we are analyzing decides the case of a worker who was sent by his employer to Tel Aviv in order to do some carpentry work for the new Grupo Inditex's magasin in that city.When the employee was at the hotel, he suffered an ischaemic stroke and, eventually, a permanent disability. It argues with the labour character or not of this legal matter.
