ABSTRACT:The Court ruling that we are analyzing is related to a journalist who cooperates as a Tertullian in different programmes of an important radio chain. In a certain moment, the information sheet's Director of this radio chain will communicate to the team member the decision about he will not need his services anymore for the next season. The mentioned cessation will cause the formulation, on the team member behalf, of the corresponding dismissal demand.The issue to take consideration is if the provision of his services as team member satisfies the distinctive conditions to consider it a legal-labour relationship.
