The recognition of the indigenous cultures was one of the leading arguments to reform the Constitution. In fact, indigenous people were fundamental protagonists in enacting a new Constitution. In this article we analyze how indigenous people fight for the recognition of theirs collective rights has been reflected in the Bolivian Constitution through the years.
