The principle of constitutionality forces to propose a new model of interpretation in all constitutional theory, it means, the constitutional interpretation. Given that -in addition to its political significance- the Constitution is really a standard and as such it can generate conflicts with the ordinary laws, which must be settled by an organ of a jurisdictional nature.
