Today, in Spain, there is a serious problem with alcohol and drugs consumption among minors. It is therefore necessary to examine the legal framework for the sale and consumption of drugs and alcohol to minors in Spanish law, focused study from the perspective of public law and private law and analysis of their national and regional regulation.
