Abstract

RAMIREZ NAVALON, Rosa Mª. Parental authority and child's religious education. Rev. Bol. Der. [online]. 2015, n.19, pp.142-163. ISSN 2070-8157.

The article analyzes the conflicts that come up between the right of religious freedom in education and the exercise of parental authority. On one hand, it studies the relevance of the religious beliefs of the parents on the processes of attribution of custody and determination of the visiting arrangements. On the other hand, it deals with the disagreements between the parents regarding to the religious education of the minor and the criteria to follow by the judge at the judicial resolution. Finally, it refers to the conflicts between the parents and the minor on the exercise of the right of religious freedom.
