This article is aboutthe nullity of procedural acts in the Bolivian Civil Procedure Code (2013). It presents a practical approach to the subject from four questions, looking to pick the most relevant issues of regulation, such as the standard of validity, the role validation and correction, the ex-officio powers of the court and the extension of the nullity declaration
