ABSTRACT:The Law N°466, December 26th 2013,"Government Company's Law" establishes the conditions in which the Government Companies should be managed and do their business. The mentioned Law had been incorporated toThe Code of Commerce, new types of Companies, including their particularly procedure to set up and register the company at the Companies Registration Office. It has been identified that there are some contradictions in the procedures and there are legal aspects that are not clear. Because of this, is it necessary to identify them in order to get them cleared up and in some way point out that legal security could be infringe.
