ABSTRACT:When the object of the process consistsin the study of direct infringement of a fundamental right of a substantive nature, such as the right to honor or privacy, which has its origin in an act ofindiyiduals, the appeal for Constitutional right's legal protection, does not require the prior nullity of procedural steps.
