ABSTRACT:This article examines the involvement of International Organizations in Chuquisaca's Chaco. Due the existence of captive communities, complaints arose to International instances, showing relationships of servitude and forced labor. Besides, the article emphasizes the absence of the State in the defense and guarantee of the rights of the Guarani People
