ABSTRACT:This study allows us an approach to the so called "shared custody", not only ¡n the Spanish Civil Code, buy also ¡n the law of the Valencian Community such as it's implemented by the Tribunals, before and after the reform of the Spanish Civil Code by law I 5/2005.
