The present paper contains the legal analysis of the Commerce Code in Bolivia on matters of opposition of creditors in commercial societies that are in a fusion process. It also examinants the position of the National Registration of Commerce in this process of Fusion of Societies. Finally, the author exposes the elements and requirements need for this process of fusion of Societies to be accurate.
