There are many judiciary rulings concerning conflict between freedom of the press and privacy. Particularly interesting are those relating disputes held by celebrities that usually cover the front pages of entertainment newspapers and magazines. Courts have been facing a large casuistry that allows them to determine when information finishes and when starts non-permitted access to privacy, as well as to fix limits between public places and private space

Keywords : Freedom of the press; privacy; right to public image; conflict between constitutional rights; celebrity; public and private space.
