This paper analyzes the feasibility of the newly amended Spanish legal regulation of the international transfer of registered office of Spain's business companies, in order to ensure international corporate mobility for them. To this end, we analyze not only the emigration procedure, but also the procedure provided for foreign companies to move permanently to Spain.
