ABSTRACT:Articles 7 and 9 ofthe Bolivian Lawagainst racism and all the ways of discrimination set up the National Committee Against Racism and All the Ways of Discrimination, and design the main features of this organism.This paper analyzes these articles.After that, it makes some observations on the role it plays on the Bolivian system of fight against discrimination.The paper pays attention to the Bolivian law's vision, and to the workings and the role of the European official agencies against racism and discrimination. Lastly, the paper makes some proposals wich could help to the proper functioning ofthe analysed agency.
