Abstract The great challenge facing higher education today to produce qualitative leaps in the process of teaching and learning in which teachers listed as protagonists has led to the strengthening of the studies on how creative performance from the discipline in that context Art Education . The terms discussed were topics studied in great depth by various psychologists and educators in the universal and national level, constituting these essential and inherent attributes of human beings, due to their vital importance, should become guidelines elements of the new educational guidelines. It further states that the creativity of teachers in professional educational activity is a key issue in the organization and direction of the teaching-learning process and in the formation of personality traits in students to encourage their creative performance. This research aims to reflect from different theoretical rationale supporting the creativity and professional pedagogical activity of teachers of higher development of a creative way of acting Education.
