CAMACHO GIRONDA, Carlos Aníbal. La epistemología del trabajo y la educación para el trabajo. Rev. de Inv. Educ. [online]. 2014, vol.7, n.3, pp.125-139. ISSN 1997-4043.

This article is mainly focused on a theoretical perspective, with focus on the epistemology of the work, its implications and future prospects, from a look inside the Bolivian reality, but also picking up substantial elements of the development and trends of employment in the world. Consider aspects related to labor, employment and employability, the restructuring of production, science, art and technology, technical training for production and employment, among other topics. It also sets out certain experiences of agglomeration economies and people's savings from joint employment and self-employment in various branches of the automotive industry. Explain the meaning and impact of new technologies on employment. Also relates the technical, technological training and productive work, with employment opportunities and both personal and in the closest family and social environment implications. To conclude the analysis, puts on the table for discussion the questions arising on the issue, but not before pointing out some guidelines and strategies to consider for the improvement and assurance training for youth and adults and promising alternative employability. All these arguments lead us to analyze, rethink and redirect technical education, linking their elements to productive work in an era of constant and rapid change of science and technology.
