This article is intended to develop an analysis of social transformations from the movement deconstructive by action of ICT, and so there is this analysis in the action of fight the hegemonies, the vindication of human rights and the libertarian character against the dominant powers, the deconstructive of ICT as a generator of social transformation in political commitment and the action deconstructive of ICT in the educational context and its dynamics of transformation from innovation.
