In the scenario of globalization, educati on has been at the space of the political priorities, educati onal modernization since the quality has become an inevitable and necessary situation. This article through the use of the methodology of comparative education, addresses the issue of quality from the perspective of four countries, their philosophical, their capital conceived from trends or from the quality and process of transformati on rather than good or bad educati on.
