The quality of education is controversial not only because there is a struggle for sense but because it is a social project is contained. This trial, before addressing the concepts try to offer on the "quality education", seeks to identify the political and ideological trends that hold particular conceptualization of the subject. The Ítems described allow to explain the concept of education belonging which is, in the author's opinión, greater political potential for social transformation and overcoming subalternization structures because placed in the center of the problem to education and lifelong search for improvement.
