This article discusses the epistemological, educational, economic, political and ethical aspects of University Social Responsibility, then determines its scope and implications to society, the productive sectors and the state, its validity in the Bolivian Public Autonomous University and programs PhD offer. To this end, the following question is answered: What is the social responsibility of the doctoral programs of the Bolivian Public Autonomous University from an academic perspective to the State, the productive sectors and civil society?
