The development of historical culture is an essential component in the human formation. Provides a system of knowledge, values, ways of action, ways of thinking, passed down from generation to generation and reach through education to shape an ideal man in correspondence with the historical and social needs. In this paper the authors present a partial result of the research project "The use ofMarti's workin the process of human formation of professional education" in order to inform the development of historical culture in initial teacher training.
