Internet is a good, such as the printing press, the telephone, or TV. It is a technological advance that admits a good use and a bad use, an expert use and an inexpert use. It is also an educational challenge in a time when there are many progresses that are not always accompanied by the necessary knowledge and prudence. When these measures of progress are adequately overseen, a good for all of society can be produced. In other cases, their corruption can be the result that thus becomes the source of new violence.
