Abstract

CONSTANTINO, Tancara Q.. Genealogy of the politological pedagogy of the Plurinational State. Rev. de Inv. Educ. [online]. 2013, vol.6, n.1, pp.175-191. ISSN 1997-4043.

This article explains the current political process that Bolivia is going through. It has to be read from an innovative perspective that denies the existence of historical universal and eternal laws given by an Extra Human Being -God- or the nature, expressed by two promises: the promise of San Augustine and the modernity promises. It shows that, although it is possible to talk about historical laws that explain the development of social historical facts, these laws arise from a Promise, understood as a metadiscourse that it is self-based and that manages the behavior of human beings. In the present case, the promise that allows understanding the current political process of Bolivia is the Warisata Promise. Genealogy of this is described. It finishes affirming that this promise requires of an appropriate educational and politological process for its success in the world history.

Keywords : Philosophy of history; Promise of St. Augustine; Promises of Modernity; Warisata Promise.
