ABSTRACT Despite all the development and the enormous scientific interest in the relations between learning, education, brain, mind and society, this is still a field where there is more to question and to analyze than what has been achieved as proposal, justification, firm facts and appropriation of them. The central contribution of this paper is to reflect about the importance of technological and productive adult basic technical education, from the point of view of the neurodidactical critical perspective, since it became the center of interest for researchers as a possibility of development for our peoples.
