SUMMARY This article is intended for two kinds of readers, both interconnected, as a reflection intended for the national policy makers such as: Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, and for a wider audience, that is, the educators, families and the community, responsible for planning, implementing and assessing the process of vocational guidance, for the sole and important objective of contributing in the training of professionals who have the role in strengthening the country's productive attitude, making them aware of the processes of change to benefit the most neglected in History. The dream described in this paper is that both agents act integrated to meet this great need. The intention of this paper is to generate the critical reflection leading to a productive debate.
