Resumen

MORA, David. Proceso de aprendizaje y enseñanza basado y orientado en el trabajo sociocomunitario y productivo. Rev. de Inv. Educ. [online]. 2011, vol.4, n.1, pp.17-45. ISSN 1997-4043.

ABSTRACT Many countries in Latin America and the Caribbean are currently undergoing important social, political, economic, scientific and technological changes, which have a direct impact on education in these countries in at least two aspects: the legal and normative orientation of education, as expressed in the political constitution of the state, the education bills and the norms of the education institutions. Furthermore, we can also observe the influence of these changes in specific educational policies, such as teacher training, curricular development, design and implementation, pedagogic and didactic practices in educational centers and elsewhere, etc. In some countries, such as Bolivia and Venezuela, for example, a social-communitarian and productive form of education has been adopted in legal and conceptual terms, with an immediate and direct effect on the development of the learning and teaching processes. Thus appears the urgent need to establish a direct relation between work and study, or specifically between work, production and learning-teaching. This relationship involves other two main issues. On the one hand, it involves a theoretical point of view, considering the contributions in the field of learning and teaching theories that connect the study with the social- communitarian, productive and contextual aspects. On the other hand, it is essential to take into account their contributions, which have their ground in multiple experiences of the past centuries en diverse areas of the education systems worldwide. Consequently, this article is part of a more extensive paper about the linkage in work, production and study, contributing to the discussion and concrete realization of the following teaching approach: productive learning and teaching, research, working and transforming, always with a social, communitarian and political vision.
