Abstract
SERRANO GOMEZ, Rovimar; TORREALBA, Hermelinda and SERRANO GOMEZ, Wladimir. Currículo, internet y matemáticas escolares. Rev. de Inv. Educ. [online]. 2010, vol.3, n.2, pp.263-278. ISSN 1997-4043.
In this paper we have made a discussion about some issues inherent to the use of Internet in the mathematics teaching-learning process, especially over certain conceptions that associate the Internet access with the "high efficiency", with "the" knowledge source, with the "close to" thesis and with the postmodern belief that this access grants the society democratic nature. Besides, we show these issues as reflect of a society that pushes the subject into the superficiality, the a-criticism and the fragmentati on of himself. Right in this debate is where the use of Internet, in mathematics curricular mainframe, must and can be promoted so it respond to more complete concepts about subject and society.
