The paper outlines a historical look at the construction of a decolonizing contingency that provokes the refounding of the country constructed from a new horizon that unites decolonizing struggles with class struggles, conjoining anticolonial and anti-imperialist struggle. To develop the theme it is proposed to divide this work in two lines of thought: the first, visible in the historical context of different forms of relationships that form the bloc that took the country to decoloniality, in the second, to reflect on the context of processing and construction that is emerging in the new Bolivian State. Both attempt to describe actions, speech and senses in a interculturality that gets built into the process of change in Bolivia.
