ABSTRACT This paper presents a proposal for training directors for educational institutions, research-oriented from the point of view of the problems of school management. The project begins with the realization of a virtual forum that enables the integration for the collective, from the recognition of the difference and uniqueness of social and educational contexts. Speakers from eight countries from the CAB identify problematic aspects of school management, through critical reflection, propose areas of performance of the management and develop the principles that should guide the programs at universities to respond to the challenges of integration, including a comprehensive and wholeness vision of what is human.
