This study aims to develop a digital guide in the form of a mobile application (APP) for Services and products tailored to the DINKs (Dual Income, No Kids) lifestyle, based on the identification of their characteristics and representation within the population. Through a descriptive statistical analysis and a regression model, the research explores the relationship between three key variables-information, aesthetics, and functionality-and their influence on user engagement. The findings support the creation of MARKETAPP, a value proposal designed to showcase spaces and services aligned with the preferences of this emerging lifestyle segment. Notably, the city of Colima lacks establishments explicitly targeting DINKs, highlighting the relevance and potential impact of this application in promoting inclusion and market innovation.
